Marketing Plan

Once we have established market value the next step is to develop and implement a Marketing Plan for your property. As each property is unique, a plan will be developed to best suit that property. I will review with you the procedures for showing your property i.e. agents open, open houses, agent showings. To ensure you are kept informed, I will provide a Listing Service Report on an ongoing basis. This report will outline all activities relative to your property such as showings and feedback from other agents.

There are several documents that need to be reviewed and signed over the course of a listing. First of course is the Multiple Listing Contract, the Property Disclosure Statement, property Data Computer Input forms and Agency Disclosure. All theses will be reviewed with you to ensure you have a full understanding of their content and you will be provided with a copy of each.
